Heidi Delobelle

Heidi Delobelle holds a master’s degree in Mathematical Sciences and Actuarial Sciences.
Heidi started her career at Ageas’s Belgian subsidiary AG Insurance in 1998 where she has held various positions in Employee Benefits. She was appointed as Chief Risk Officer of AG in 2012 until 2019, when she became Managing Director of AG’s Employee Benefits & Health Care business.
On 22 October 2020, Heidi Delobelle was appointed Chief Executive Officer of AG Insurance. On 1 March 2024 she joined the Ageas Executive Committee as Managing Director Belgium, while keeping her role as CEO at AGI.
